Purpose and Scope

The compilation, production and distribution of the Parish Magazine.
Other matters, as referred to it by the PCC.

STAPLEHURST PARISH MAGAZINE is far more than just a Church Magazine; it contains a lot of information about a wide range of organisations, activities and events of general interest in the village. It also carries advertisements for many of the local tradesmen and businesses.

All this for just 90 pence per month (or £9.00 per year) as from January 2007.

In the recent village appraisal the Magazine was voted the best source of information available in the village, which is probably why around half the households in the village already subscribe.

MAGAZINE DISTRIBUTOR REQUIRED

Unfortunately another of our willing band of magazine distributors has had to give up, and we therefore need a volunteer to deliver the Parish Magazine each month to just 4 houses in Willow Crescent and Market Street.

All subscriptions for 2007 have been collected, so for the rest of the year it is simply a matter of putting the magazine through the letterboxes.

You don't necessarily have to live in the road to deliver there, so if you can help with this small, but important, job please contact Roy Barclay on (01580) 890247 or e-mail

The deadline date for entries to the magazine is the 10th of every month.
