About your Parish Church

This is an ancient building - it has been the spiritual heart of this community for 900 years.

We are a living vibrant community - still serving our community both within and without the church walls.

For 100's of years we have baptised, married and buried the people of this Village. We do so now and hope that we can continue to do so in the future. Today our ministry includes visiting our nursing homes and those who are sick in hospital or at home.

Church members support and are involved with many other local organisations including the parish council and especially our local schools.

Please support your Parish Church on the 3rd November so your church can continue to support you.

East End of Staplehurst Church

Dear Friends,

How fortunate we are to have such a beautiful Parish Church, which serves its village in so many ways.

There can be few people in the village who have not visited it or benefited from its ministry in some way over the years.

What many people do not realise is that all that we do has to be funded locally.

There are no grants from Diocese or the state as in some other countries.

At present we are finding it hard to make ends meet, so if you could make a contribution to keep our church serving the village, now and in the coming years, it would be wonderful.

You can download a copy of the 2007 Gift Day Information Leaflet and use the Gift Day Response Form.

Drop the completed form into church were I shall be on the morning of November 3rd from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. or put it in the “New Rectory” letter box (just north of the Village Centre on the High Street).

Don't forget, that if you are a Tax payer and you would like All Saints to recover income tax on this gift, please tick the box on the form.

Many, many thanks,

Gill
